I have a pinched nerve, prevents me from sleeping a whole night, now for years. Diminishes my performance at work and has worsened my health. Indeed he needs more sleep. Its not a virtue to sleep less.

Actually he says it is a mess because political correctness has made it a mess. He says it is time to start putting Americans first and stop borrowing money to pay to people who just decided to drop in and ask us to support them. He says it is time to stop the flow of drugs, money, criminals, and guns across the border and bring our country back to law and order. He also says all immigrants should be legal and love our country and to assimilate to our way of life. And if they fly any flags, those flags should be American. And I say if they are going to speak any language it needs to be English.
