The Clinton-haters haven't even been able to establish any specific crime (although they have been inventing them for decades) committed. So, to expand that into 'treason' is mere crazy-talk.
I don't see anything happening to Hillary but IF it did, I would be completely happy with a Biden-Kaine combination.

First, there haven't been any laws broken except in the minds of the right-wing.
Second, it is more likely that your grandchildren will be asking you, "grandpa? How come you didn't vote for Clinton, who was a great president, and instead, you voted for that buffoon?"

We all know rules don't apply to Democrats, but in case you don't remember there
was significant turmoil within the party over the fix for Hillary.
If something happens and Hillary can't stand for election, I'd like to see 2/3rd of the
party hacks shove in a Biden, as is the consensus here, that will assure a Trump victory.
Bad enough that they rigged it for Hillary, if she's out, and Bernie still doesn't get the nod,
despite backing her, then they are done.. I don't even think Joe Biden would take it, he
wouldn't want it, and Kaine is nobody.. I still think they would give it to Bernie and hope
for the best.
I think the DNC and the oligarchy that runs the government have decided that would be too disruptive. My best guess is that they let her win or lose the election, then indict. Kaine becomes President-elect and chooses his VP.
I think the primary objective at this point (in the eyes of both the DNC and The Machine) is making sure Trump does not win. Clinton, at this point, is no more than the best tool in the box to make sure that objective is accomplished. Once the election is over and he is defeated, she has served her purpose, and both the DNC and the country would be better off with her out of the way.
