The only thing any independent candidate has ever done is steal votes from the two main contenders. None has ever made a serious run at the White House. It might make some people feel good to think they are rebelling by voting independent, but, in the end, it always ends up either a Democrat or Republican winning.

Yes, but there is still some value in that. If Candidate A loses a relatively narrow race, and they see that it was because a 3rd party candidate pulled 11% of the vote or whatever, it gives them incentive to move their position closer to that of the 3rd party candidate in the next election in order to capture that demographic. Strong support for 3rd parties sends a message to both major parties that there's a trend here they need to pay attention to or it may hurt them in the next election.

Do you know just how badly Donald is looking forward to reminding a live national TV audience that Hillary says blacks are "super-predators" who, again in her words, need to be "brought to heel"?

She can remind the audience what Trump thinks about the potential for Black Presidents in our future.

Sadly, because president Obama has done such a poor job as president, you won't see another black president for generations!

You know they are working with the moderators to make sure Trump can't bring up the stuff Hillary doesn't want to talk about.

Yes, the idea that Trump isn't looking forward to beating Hillary down with all of her scandals is downright absurd.

This might be the most absurd stretch yet.

You guys really just don't have anything on Trump, so you resort to stuff like this.

"SHE SAD THOSE EXACT WORDS: 'BROUGHT.' 'TO.' 'HEEL.'" "'Brought to heel.' 'Brought to heel,' ladies and gentlemen!" "'Brought to heel'!" "'Broughttoheel,' 'broughttoheel.'

"I still can't believe it, can't believe it.... ."

15% is simply an artificial number. There are no laws directing this. If we hadn't it to be 5% it can be 5%.
