Trump says he wants Europe to pay for our troops being there. He says he wants to repeal Obamacare but has no idea on how to cover those losing coverage. How about payment by requiring Europe to admit a number of Americans into their system? Some could be flown there, the sickest could be helped by their people coming here to provide treatment. Also, let's tap into their expertise on how to run things more efficiently. Since they can cover all their citizens at a much lower cost, they must have some good ideas.

I'd love for Trump to pose that in the debate. These are the ideas he needs to bring to surface to allow Americans to see exactly what he has in mind. With any luck, someone from his camp will steal this idea and run to Trump with it.
