All her supporters told her not to do this. What are Hill supporters going to say now.

The Clintons got hundreds of millions in their pay for play while Hillary was SoS, Hillary isn't going to let their biggest payday opportunity go to waste by doing the right thing, and shutting down the Clinton Foundation.

Why would he resign? After all there is smoke but no fire. They will continue to get rich and play the game. Why not? They have proven to be untouchable. Look at the apologist on this forum. If the Clinton's came out and said they did wrong half the posters here would still claim they were innocent despite their admitted guilt.

Her implied resignation if she becomes potus was practically an admission of guilt.

That's false -- completely false.

The Clinton Foundation is, by all accounts, a big force for good in the world. For example, Charity Watch, an independent watchdog, gives it an "A" rating -- better than the American Red Cross.

Now, any operation that raises and spends billions of dollars creates the potential for conflicts of interest. You could imagine the Clintons using the foundation as a slush fund to reward their friends, or, alternatively, Mrs. Clinton using her positions in public office to reward donors. So it was right and appropriate to investigate the foundation’s operations to see if there were any improper quid pro quos. As reporters like to say, the sheer size of the foundation “raises questions.”

But nobody seems willing to accept the answers to those questions, which are, very clearly, “no.”

Nonsense. Presidents always severe their management ties with entities that they managed before being elected president. Do you really think Mitt Romney would have stayed head of Bain Capital and if he resigned would that be a sign of wrongdoing?

The Clintons got control of hundreds of millions through the foundation, and millions personally from people with matters before the State Department while Hillary was SoS.

Those are the facts.

Will someone please tell me why it's so important for Bill Clinton to divorce himself from the foundation he started after leaving the presidency but nobody mentions the fact that the Trump empire is worth 10 billion dollars by Trump's own estimate and it will be in the hands of his children to run while he is president? Based on public records and Trumps own words, his companies are deeply in debt to Russian interests and has many business interests in russia. He leases out the entire 14th floor of Trump Tower to the Saudi Government on a long term lease that the Saudi's paid 5.7 million for plus they pay him handsomely, yearly for "other services" they use in Trump Towers. Seems the Saudi Donations to the Clinton foundation are a drop in the bucket compared to the ongoing money the Saudi's give to the Trump business empire.

Forbes Welcome

"Donald Trump's 500 businesses would pose 'unprecedented ethical dilemma'
Donald Trump controls more than 500 companies -- many of which could create conflicts of interest should he become president".

Trump's 500 businesses would pose 'unprecedented ethical dilemma' - Mar. 16, 2016

Shut Down The Trump Organization. Now.

"From the Washington Post, to USA Today, to the Wall Street Journal, and more, that’s the mantra regarding the Clinton Foundation, these days.
The argument, as it goes, is that even if there is no impropriety, the Clinton Foundation just looks like a conduit for improper influence over a Clinton presidency.
The New York Daily News, this past weekend, found that Donald Trump’s been doing a lot of big deals with the Saudi government, putting a lot of money into his pocket.
We know that the Trump Organization makes a lot of money off its resorts in Dubai and Panama, and has big deals going on in Turkey, Bali, and the Philippines.
We know that Donald Trump, Jr. said, “Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets. We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia.”
Now, if you believe that Donald Trump would have no idea who is and who isn’t investing in his namesake corporation while he is president, then I have a Trump University degree to sell you".

Shut Down The Trump Organization. Now.
