Does calling the schedule unacceptable the same as saying he is not participating? Where is the quote stating Trump was not going to participate in the debates?

Of course he'll be at debates. He's an attention freak. Dude will say a lot of outlandish stuff and get even more attention.

His problem is attention does not equal votes.
