Clearly Hillary is not competent to become the next President.
When drivers claim "not knowing" when they drive too fast or don't know the rules of the road, the cops and judge will tell them that is not a defense. Which is very true.
Hillary signed a document about "classified, etc." documents and now she claims "not knowing!".
Hillary's years of coughing which is showing to increase shows an underlying illness as it is not coming for a healthy person to cough like that.

It is incompetence. Did she even the reports? Does she even care about the day to day work of the SOS or President or is she all about the photo ops and making History?

Are you joking? You're comparing a former first lady, senator, secretary of state to someone who has never held public office. If Hillary didn't know what "C' stood for after her long resume then God help us if she becomes president.
