Other than the Purple Heart the remainder is fluff. Bronze star has to be a V for combat award. Our modern military have more useless medals then Herman Goring. We he did earn his Blue Max.

The same Colin Powell who said.

"I would rather not have to vote for her, although she is a friend I respect," he writes in the email dated July 26, 2014. "A 70-year-old person with a long track record, unbridled ambition, greedy, not transformational, with a husband still d*cking bimbos at home (according to the NYP)."

I LIKE this guy!

Seems to be a common thread throughout history that retired generals become peevish in their comments of others. Perhaps the oppty. to finally express themselves after so many years of regimentation.

General Brooke in his diaries trashes Winston Churchill terribly. Just one example. There are dozens more.

Colin Powell is an American hero and an honorable man, and I am so grateful that he spoke out against this disgraceful and incompetent person. Thank you Colin, we're with you, and don't think that this isn't going to make a huge difference in the upcoming election. What a great day this is.

Lol, in your dreams.

That quote is not among the juicy ones of Powell's most people are talking about around the water cooler. The left are such a boring bunch!

Wasn't he one of those neocons who lied about Saddam and WMD to get us into a disastrous war with Iraq?
