Which means the median voting age is probably lower than the median age, not higher.
You also have to calculate that as a percentage of the population eligible to vote. I recommend the United States Election project and Allegheny College -/-PSU.
The point is the same no matter what year you are looking at. Half the population was not born Democrats as others have claimed.
