BUT - according to the article ... As long as they are careful to keep the amounts under $100.00, then they don't usually have to pay it back because the Bank won't go after it, and it's very difficult for the scammed donor to battle the campaign machine for their stolen money. One woman in the article was lucky enough to have an Attorney in the family to fight for her.
That just isn't true. I work for a company that does hundred of thousands of credit or debit transactions per day and customers who ask their bank to chargeback a transaction always get the charges reversed. It's federal law.
Now, if someone goes on the Clinton website and fraudulently donates money with a stolen credit card, one can't seriously blame Clinton for that -- but the Trump son-in-law owned news source does just that.

As I previously stated, people using stolen credit cards on the Clinton website to make donations isn't something that the Clinton Campaign is culpable. Often, credit card thieves make small purchases on sites to test that the card is valid. In any case, the banks refund the money and chargeback the vendor. (Thank you job-killing federal regulations.)

Well, we wondered who the smaller donors might be in her campaign, now we know. Stealing from the poor and giving to the rich, I guess that is the rich white version of "Robin Hood".
Anyone that hasn't watched the video link above needs to do it to get a feel for a real life encounter with one of the many evils of Hillary Clinton.
If you have been donating to her campaign, check you credit card bills. Online you can go back several months. Report fraud to your state's attorney general.
