Bob Gates: Trump is 'beyond repair' - POLITICO
Gates likes Hillary Clinton. She was about his only Ally in the Obama Admistration in the early years. I would add that Gates HAD to know she was doing her email off a Government server, unless he never received or sent her an email. He said nothing.

It's odd that A former director of the CIA, and the former Secretary of Defencehas no concerns about Hillary Clinton's disregard for National Security. I guess he thinks that list of (now up to 150) former General & Flag Officers AND the Medal of Honor Recipients are in the Basket of Deplorables.

Wonder what they all think about that .....and about Bob Gates.

Cool Bob Gates: Trump is 'beyond repair"

Just one of many non-birther Pubs who has a grasp on reality.

Of course he sees Trump's inexperience, ignorance and hypocrisy on foreign policy.

How can Trump be in love with Putin and Kim Jong un, but be concerned about a dying guy who cannot get out of bed and who is not a threat to the US in any way possible. We've just restored diplomatic relations with Cuba and Trump wants destroy them.

This guy hasn't a clue what foreign policy is even about. He's a useful idiot.

Well said and 100% on target. He will also be the most conflicted president in history -- the minute he takes the oath of office there will be countless conflicts of interest between his duties as POTUS and his business interests.

It will be impossible for Trump to separate his business interests from the presidency. Having his kids run the business empire won't do it. A "blind trust" is impossible to implement, it can't and won't be blind.

Stupid of Bob Gates to say that when we all know if it isn't broke don't fix it. Trump is the healthy one in this race with another day of demanding multiple events.

Give him credit for all the years he has served our country and he has his opinion a well as one vote. I have mine and one vote. I doubt there is much he could say to change anyone's mind about who they will support.
