Caught a poll showing Murphy in Florida is within 3% of Rubio in a Florida poll and it is still so early many Floridians have never heard of him.

So what is the prognosis?

Post debate, does it look like some GOP offices will be soon cleaning out?

Rubio seems to be doing fine as of a week ago, 6 point lead (Hillary should be so lucky!): RealClearPolitics - Election 2016 - Florida Senate - Rubio vs. Murphy

I don't see a big change in the Senate this time around. We just need to rid ourselves of the Democrat POTUS and see how things work. Now, in our state, we did the "cleaning" removing some deadweight Republicans to face off toward whoever we have as hopeful Democratic nominees.

We already saw that with Bush and GOP House & Senate. Disaster. Its never good when one party controls everything.

I am seeing pro-Murphy and anti-Rubio TV ads in Florida but only started within the past 10 days. Still many FL voters are unfamiliar with Murphy. Latest Mason Dixon poll (poll dates 9/27-9/29) has Rubio ahead by 7. There were 2 other polls that had Rubio +2 and +4 and +9.

I think we need to give it some time for these TV ads to have some impact. There are 2 Rubio-Murphy debates: Oct 17th and Oct 27th. The debate on Oct 17th starts at 7PM ET and is one hour long.

Murphy is a real underdog. Rubio got a lot of name recognition running for president and many Florida voters don't know anything about Murphy and don't even recognize his name.

Hillary is ahead of Trump in FL post debate by 4 points in the latest Mason Dixon poll released today. If Hillary continues to do well in Florida this could help Murphy a lot. Murphy is an underdog right now.

I don't think Rubio or McCain are in trouble, the races will likely be close, but they should be fine.

The problem for the GOP is WI, IN, and IL are gone, they are in deep trouble in PA and NH with NC also being very close. Only potential pick up opportunity they have is NH.

Lol, haven't you heard? According to Dem strategists, Ohio is no longer a battleground state. Gee, I wonder why.
