That isn't an apology, it's painfully reading off a teleprompter something his advisors wrote up in a few hours and then he went on the attack. And Hillary apologized in front of 84 million people at the first debate.

ETA: not only does he fail to say "I'm sorry", this is his second attempt at an apology. His first defended what he said as locker room banter., and then claimed that someone else did worse than he did Neither of his 'apologies' negates the fact that he boasted about his actual behavior, and he didn't discuss his actual behavior towards those women, only his words.
