Richard Nixon would be proud of DJT.

Can you explain to us, with a citation to the relevant portion of the Constitution, exactly how investigating Hillary would be a violation of the Constitution?

Due process? Haha! You mean the 0bama admin's investigation of Hillary and decision not to indict her for her clear violation of the applicable law?

How is that an example of due process? The case never went into the system... you know, where the process takes place.

You have not demonstrated an understanding of how our administration of justice works. I doubt also that you understand what form of government we initially created and how it is supposed to work.

Honestly, liberals cackling on about anyone else desiring a dictatorship ought to be ashamed of themselves!

Never in the history of American Presidential politics have we ever had a candidate go into this kind of chilling territory.
I'm guessing you were asleep during the entire political trial of George Zimmerman?

Reverse the process? What process? There has been no process.

Rather, the 0bama admin conducted an investigation of one of its own and declared, despite Hillary's clear violation of the statute, that "there is nothing to see here".

The matter never went into the system, and thus, there was no due process undergone.

How is it illegal and or a violation of the Constitution to suggest that Hillary broke the law and that if he is elected he will task his admin with investigating her actions?

Please cite the relevant portion of the Constitution in your reply.

You do not understand the administration of justice.

Funny, I say that about most people who have never read the Constitution and have no idea how our founders decided upon the same.

Again, please explain, with relevant citations, why conducting an actual and proper investigation of Hillary's acts would be a dangerous precedent and how/why doing so would violate the Constitution.

I'll wait. But, I want to see a substantive reply that illustrates that you have an understanding of the Constitution and our system of administering justice.

Only in a 3rd world banana republic does that happen. But that doesn't matter to Trump. He'd just love to waste millions more of our tax dollars on more partisan investigations.

Those of us who came from fascist countries where political opponents are imprisoned should be weary about Trump.

Proof you dont know what you are talking about.. "Due process" involves a prosecution. Clinton was not prosecuted,

Continue babbling about "knowing nothing" thought...

But partisan "did nothing wrong", is ok to you.

Share with me why destroying evidence AFTER a subpoena is acceptable to you..

Yep, Trump actually thinks that if he becomes President he will automatically be able to do any little thing he wants, all on his own. WRONG !! There is that pesky little thing called the Constitution and, also, he does not get to make all the decisions on his own. He will have a Senate and Congress to convince and a myriad of other obstacles to overcome before any of his "ideas" would become reality.

When he says really dumb stuff like "On day one half the illegals will be gone (I paraphrase slightly)" it shows how out of touch he really is and how little he knows about American laws and process. He does not get to just wave his magic wand and hundreds of his minions jump up and bow down to the chief. Maybe in Korea, but not in main street America.

But, if you listen to Trump discussing ANYTHING, it is like listening to a 3rd grader at play. He is not really intelligent, nor is he well educated. All he can muster is "Things are really bad, folks !" However, I suspect that is his appeal to a certain segment of his followers. They can not understand a lot of the "big" words or concepts other people come up with, and things like "facts" are hard to digest.

While Trump may believe in his alternate universe that he could go after Hillary, or do any of the other ridiculous brain storms he has come up with, they are only true in his dreams.

There are people in jail and kicked out of Service for LESS than what Hillary has done with Classified emails.
