Just another day at a Trump rally.. check out Wilkes Barre today.. broke records. Gonna need a bigger basket. Curious, Did the Ohio rally count for extra credit?

I don't think the number of people attending a rally has anything to do who carries a state ... just ask Ron Paul or Bernie Sanders.

18,000 isn't even worth mentioning for Trump, he does larger rallies all the time.

Wow. Trump will have to play some defense in state he really wants to win.

Mohegan Sun Arena was the venue for Trump's rally. It has a maximum capacity of 10,000. It is part of a gambling casino complex. Wilkes Barre is a smallish city with about 41,000 people, 15th largest town in PA; it's not very far from larger Scranton (#7) which is a stronghold for the Democrats.

Are classes held on Columbus Day? That would explain the crowd, nothing else to do.

I agree with you. I posted this because many Trump supporters were saying the small Clinton rallies were an indicator of her relative unpopularity or lack of enthusiasm. This rally negates that talking point.

Is that where Trump complained (again) about the Fire Marshall and told him to let more people in?

Trumpy actually said he couldn't understand why the Fire Marshall wouldn't let more people in since there was just four walls and "nothing to burn". An astoundingly stupid statement, (even for Trump) from a clueless idiot who obviously thinks several thousand people are "nothing".

What.a.moron. Insult the guy who is trying to make sure people stay safe. Someone tell Trump humans burn and they die in fires. Fire Marshals must hate him.
