Sigh.

CLINTON'S emails have not been hacked. JOHN PODESTA'S emails are the ones that are currently being leaked by the Russkies.

Actually what the FBI said was that there was no direct evidence Clintons emails were individually hacked, but they acknowledged emails on the same server were in fact gotten into.

Use of the term, "direct evidence", was specifically used, and is very telling all by itself..

Comey also said the likely actors that would've hack Hillary's emails would not leave behind evidence of a hack.

Not sure why you are having a little tantrum when the post you replied to said nothing about Clintons emails being released. Reading comprehension isn't that hard, take a deep breath and try again.

There is no evidence to support the claim that he emails were never hacked. There is no signs of a hack, according to the FBI director. The FBI director may very well be in some trouble if what Fox is reporting is true since he made those claims under oath. Lying to Congress is a Federal crime but since Hillary won't ever be prosecuted for that I don't see Comey being prosecuted for it either.

I suppose the New York Post is not credible for those that follow the path of horse poopy that Hillary leaves for them. It must appear on CNN, owned by Time Warner who has contributed almost $800,000 to get Clinton elected. Anyone contributing $800,000 to get someone elected is not going to say anything that might make their horse lose the race!

Guilty! Guilty! Guilty! But, keep in mind that the Clinton death list has continued to grow over the past 3 decades and they have plenty of funding to get the "jobs" done. I think they use fear. I was listening to a broadcaster say that he heard from the campaign telling him to stop speaking against Hillary or they would broadcast things from his past. He has chosen not to stop speaking the truth about Hillary. Lots of brave people out there that won't be blackmailed or intimidated by the Clinton Corruption Machine, sadly not Comey or Lynch. We all know probably what was said if grandchildren were spoken of, a very effective threat.

Actually, they have been hacked. Anonymous has them all. How did that happen? Hillary's idiot/incompetent personal mail server contractor enabled them all to be backed up on a public cloud. Yep, I said a public cloud.

So... Anonymous has them all, and so does any and every country that spies on the U.S.

The emails will be leaked from least damaging to most damaging as the election draws nearer.

The decision to let Hillary Clinton off the hook for mishandling classified information has roiled the FBI and Department of Justice, with one person closely involved in the year-long probe telling FoxNews.com that career agents and attorneys on the case unanimously believed the Democratic presidential nominee should have been charged.

The source, who spoke to FoxNews.com on the condition of anonymity, said FBI Director James Comey’s dramatic July 5 announcement that he would not recommend to the Attorney General’s office that the former secretary of state be charged left members of the investigative team dismayed and disgusted. More than 100 FBI agents and analysts worked around the clock with six attorneys from the DOJ’s National Security Division, Counter Espionage Section, to investigate the case.

“It is well known that the FBI agents on the ground, the human beings who did the investigative work, had built an extremely strong case against Hillary Clinton and were furious when the case did not move forward,” said Napolitano. “They believe the decision not to prosecute came from The White House.”

The claim also is backed up by a report in the New York Post this week, which quotes a number of veteran FBI agents saying FBI Director James Comey “has permanently damaged the bureau’s reputation for uncompromising investigations with his cowardly whitewash of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information using an unauthorized private email server.”

FBI, DOJ roiled by Comey, Lynch decision to let Clinton slide by on emails, says insider | Fox News
This ship has sailed. I remember all the rumors of mass resignations if Comey didn't recommend an indictment or Lynch rejected such a recommendation.

I'm not in the position of those agents, but not one has gone on the record, let alone a collective protest against Comey and his nutty decision.

This is going to blow up in Comey's and Lynch's faces. It will be priceless to watch...

The ship hasn't sailed.

The statute of limitation is 10 years on espionage.
