The establishment system is corrupt. Hillary walks free, but this Navy Officer is charged and recommended to be jailed.

"“Democratic Presidential Candidate and former Secretary of State Hilary [sic] Clinton…has come under scrutiny for engaging in acts similar to Mr. Saucier,” Saucier’s defense attorney wrote in a filing last week. “In our case, Mr. Saucier possessed six (6) photographs classified as ‘confidential/restricted,’ far less than Clinton’s 110 emails… It will be unjust and unfair for Mr. Saucier to receive any sentence other than probation for a crime those more powerful than him will likely avoid.”

Navy Sailor Uses 'Hillary Defense' To Avoid Jail Time | The Daily Caller

"The federal government dismissed the comparison in a court filing Monday and instead asked the judge to sentence Saucier to more than five years behind bars at the sentencing hearing this Friday. The federal sentencing guideline ranges from 63 to 78 months."

Did you just copy and paste that?

The guy knew what he did was a big no no. He did it anyway, he took photos in a classified area, hid them and tried to destroy the evidence.

Are you saying that Hillary is not very bright? Seriously, a 29 yr old Navy Officer has better sense than a Secretary of State? Is this your position?

"Classified" is the operative word here and destroying evidence. Let's see, where have I heard something like that lately?

The Clintons were well of aware of the hazards since Bill pardoned someone:

http://www.nytimes.com/2001/01/21/po...ot-milken.html reading the list, I suspect Hillary may have been promised a pardon or could blackmail her way to one if anything came up where she was breaking the law. I mean, the Clintons are professionals!

First he was not a Navy officer, he was a petty officer who held a nuclear rating so get your facts straight.

I was a former navy electronics technician and know a lot of what is going on. Goto reddit.com/navy and there is a thread there discussing what is going on. If he would have came out and admitted what he did all that would have happened would have been him getting kicked out of the Navy on a OTH, but he lied and tried to destroy the evidence of what went on.

Before we talk about Clinton's emails, let's start with all of the missing emails from President Bush then we can move on to Clinton.

That makes your case look even worse. A petty officer has better sense than a Secretary of State? Is it really your contention that Hillary is not bright enough to know what a "C" stands for when handling classified information? But, this 29 yr old petty officer knew better? Really? Do you expect everyday ordinary Americans to believe this?

So, you agree that the establishment is indeed corrupt?
