I wonder if your opinion would change if you knew someone killed by an illegal immigrant ..
Murder has nothing to do with a particular race/gender. Murder happens because of humans in general so why should Seacove's opinion change because of a bad apple?
I've seen that video many, many times. There was nothing...repeat, nothing...in it that had him insulting all Mexican citizens, Mexican legal immigrants or Mexican-Americans.
Reasonably intelligent people know that he was talking about illegal alien Mexicans. If you think that there are no "rapists" or "murderers" among the illegal alien population, then you are really naive or ill-informed. My guess that is you are both.

Show me where he said his accusations only applied to illegal alien Mexicans. Don't say that's what he meant, show where he said it. He didn't. He said
"When Mexico sends us their people, they do not send us their best...they're bringing drugs, they're bringing crime, they are rapists"
At no point does he say illegal alien Mexicans. He says when Mexico sends us their people. There are rapists and murderers in the white Christian population as well.
