there is no conflict in taking out a legit loan and then paying it back at market rates. Since the loans were taken out pre candidacy, one can assume they didnt cut him any favors.
The problem comes when he can't pay back those loans.
He's already had numerous businesses fail. His Washington DC hotel may well be headed in that direction.
