The "leaks" are carefully chosen mis truths or half truths that are made to get the herd in a frenzy leading up to election day.

Anything to distract away from policy. The Neo Cons are pulling another one.

I guess it was for "convenience" purposes. Anybody else would have their clearance revoked instantly and be facing jail time.

Incorrect. If she was CURRENTLY serving under him in an office where she could be impeached, and was in the process of being impeached from that office, he couldn't pardon her...but there are no other restrictions.

SCOTUS decision Ex Parte Garland (1866) - in link especially see page 71, U. S. 334, Syllabus #9 and #10 :

This info didn't come from WikiLeaks but from the State Department.

Clinton is right "we are going to give a message from coast to coast, from East to West and from North to South" But that is where Clintons remark stops and the Nation will be so smart to vote for Trump!

The Clinton scandal is going to be even bigger with every new information that is surfacing.

The MAID printing... really Hillary what were you thinking or is her brain so damaged that she can't think in a reasonable way.

Obama, why do you allow this and Lynch, why didn't you do your job!!!!!

Including Fox news reported it as well.

The crimes of the Clintons are so extensive that the current FBI probe into her mishandling of classified emails, the Foundation criminal activity, and thier child molestation will finally catch up with them.

When "elites" like the Clintons get away with murder for so long, they become careless and assume that they will NEVER be charged with any crimes. Given that, they become more and more reckless. This time they have gone too far.

Libs should be ashamed of supporting criminal pedophiles like the Clintons. Libs, however, have no shame and will rationalize any crimes the Clintons have (and will) commit.

Yes, he can pardon pending charges, once they are filed. If she is convicted, or charged, the president can issue a pardon.

Does the maid face any charges, or possibility of criminal charges for having and possessing secret information or transferring them to others who may or may not have clearance to see the information ? Did crooked Hillary put her in jeopardy like she traditionally does with the people around her ?

Exactly! Yet another liberal/Dem exposes themselves as the racist they truly are, and even in THEIR OWN WORDS.

Liberals... Dems... think VERY carefully about the mindset the Dem party has cultivated...

No wonder the IRS has so many issues with tax refunds to death people.

If the government doesn't do anything about a "maid/janitorial" to be allowed to get access to papers that are not meant for the common eye!

Btw what did the maid do with the information and did she tell family/friends about the information!

Which is is it? Hillary ran her emails through a private and insecure basement server or used a government approved and installed secure server room? Why hasn't this SCIF room (sensitive compartmented information facility) been mentioned at all during the past years and GOP investigations?
