I like walls and doors and gates......The Vatican has plenty of them and they have areas off limits and areas for the public with permission and rules.

So the Pope can go screw himself with the NO walls comments......he should lead by example and take every poor immigrant in the Vatican and give them free education, welfare and free healthcare and see how long it takes for the Vatican to go bankrupt.

he better give the order of passing the hat for a worthy cause to all of his churches since that's how they make their wealth.

Stay classy, Republicans.

When you find yourself attacking the Pope in order to defend your ideology, that's a big tell maybe you should step back and reevaluate your whole political belief.

Even the Pope is accountable before GOD for his behavior.

That wall would bankrupt us anyway. Good luck getting Mexico to pay for it. Trump tells more lies than anyone.

The walls at Vatican City currently hold not political intent. Tearing it down wouldn't change things.

Of course the Pope's private headquarters aren't open. Just like Trump's penthouse isn't nor would if he were in the White House.

Logic, it's called logic, something Trump supporters have never heard of.

If China were to criticize us for putting a wall on our southern border then yes they should tear down their own wall or be hypocrites just as the Pope is.

Doesn't matter what the intent of a wall is. If the owner of the property wants one it is their right to have one. A wall on our southern border isn't about politics it's about the safety and security of our country. It's you Hillary supporters that lack logic.

The Vatican lets anyone in who's not carrying a lethal weapon. They don't care if you're an illegal who just swam across the ocean to get to the Vatican, they'll let you in. How is that not practice what they preach????!!

Of course he can. It's a free country and you're free to criticize whoever you want - the Pope, your priest, Jesus, whoever.

But that's not the point is it?

And there are GUARDS at that silly wide open gate.

The pope is a mere man. It's amazing and amusing that people think he's somehow above any ordinary person.
