This always happens... the Republican (or formerly Republican) areas report first because their election commissions have traditionally been better resourced.
That is actually a Democratic myth for class warfare.
Republicans have rural areas -- quicker results due to less population.
Democrats have urban areas -- longer results and more lines going AFTER voting hours.
