I was waiting to see Utah! Evan McMullin is pretty much tied with Hillary early on, but Trump ahead. Interesting.

Michigan, I think it's over.

I am cheerfully accepting defeat. The majority was fed up with Washington politics as usual.

You know what Kasie Hunt says now? Crowds matter! Hillary didn't have any. Incredible.

I can't help but wonder if some people were so embarrassed or ashamed to admit that they would vote for Trump, that they lied and said they were voting for HRC. (Personally, as I would be ashamed to vote for Donald OR Hillary, I voted for Johnson.)
I said this 6 months ago that there would be a huge number of people who would vote Donald and tell no one.

History is being made! No matter who wins!

Either a self funded Billionaire with absolutely little party backing (he is basically an Independent) will win

or,

a criminal will win

History in either case

I never trusted the polls and predictions. Always stuck with the tried and true that the only thing that matters is election day and not all those polls and crap. But I did still think Hillary would win because I always thought there would be enough Americans that weren't insane enough to vote for Donald especially after how he ran his entire campaign for the past year and a half, but I guess I might've been wrong.

The thing is if Trump turns out to be a massive failure and screws the country up badly, this might be 2008 all over again where the GOP hand off a pile of dog crap to the Dems to clean up and then in the next election go back to complaining about how the Dems didn't clean up the GOP mess good enough or fast enough like they did with Obama when he inherited the Bush mess.
