Well as Hillary said "words matter." She has certainly thrown enough stones at the Russians, but no I don't think even she is that stupid.
I do believe that tensions will escalate to cold war era levels. Defense contractors will make a mint.

I have it on good authority (Some reliable Breitberg Blog) that should Clinton win, we will be at war with Russia basically immediately. Clinton cancelled the fireworks in NYY because the ones she would make in Moscow will be much brighter.........
