Hillary suffers from arrythmia ( irregular heart beat) and a leaking heart valve. The arrythmia is the scary one cause that can kill you. The heart's ability to pump blood is compromised. Decreased blood flow to the brain can lead to lightheadedness or loss of conciousness.
Depending on the arrythmia, whether it's atrial or ventricular, it's not good. Atrial arrythmias can cause blood clots in the heart. If these clots break off and come loose which can lead to strokes if the clots lodge in the brain. Ventricular arrythmias can lead to dramatic decrease in blood flow to the brain and other vital organs., which can lead to sudden death.
Her leaking heart valve is not good either because she ignored to have valve replacement because that would undermine her run for the presidency which goes to show you that she will do anything to win the presidency. She did not want the stigma that she's unfit to run even if it's lethal.
Basically, what's happening by ignoring the leaking heart valve, she's compromising her ejection fraction, percentage of blood leaving your heart each time it contracts. This can lead to cardiomegaly, an enlarged heart, because the heart has to work so much harder to compensate for the leaking heart valve.
In addition, Hillary suffers from chronic low blood pressure, insufficient blood flow, a tendency to form life-threatening blood clots, and troubling side effects from her medications.
Her doctors have prescribed Coumadin, a blood thinner, and a beta blocker to treat her condition. However, these medications make her drowsy and tired, lower her blood pressure, and have led to frequent bouts of light-headedness and fainting spells.
The emails between Neera Tanden and Podesta shows how much they wanted to conceal her health issues by not bringing up Bernie's health because that would bring Hillary's health under scrutiny too.

Low-T Timmy, not to be outdone by the Kate Moss-like build of the president, knocked out 7 reps, punishing those dumbbells (no, not Brazile and Palmieri) before returning them to the rack.

I've stayed out of the diagnosing online, but as someone who used to work with Parkinson's in healthcare, that does look so much like Parkinson's. If you watch it closely, you notice her feet pause briefly, like she can't move them. And then she appears to walk on her tip toes the last few steps to the car.
It wouldn't surprise me a bit if she has Parkinson's. And if they have been treating her with high quantities of L-dopa to treat her symptoms during the election, then she will end up being worse later.
