Court Rules Against Dems Push to Block Alleged Trump Voter Suppression | Law News

Quote:
Judge Paul S. Diamond of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, wrote that if there was credible evidence that voters’ rights were in jeopardy, “I would not hesitate to take immediate action.” However, the judge felt that the local Democratic party provided “no evidence of any planned voter intimidation in this District.”

In addition to the lack of evidence of any wrongdoing, Judge Diamond pointed out that there are already laws prohibiting the activities that the Democrats described in the motion. Therefore, the judge said, “insofar as Plaintiff asks me to enjoin conduct that is already prohibited by criminal statutes, such an injunction is impermissible.”
Trump supporters and Trump ally, Roger Stone can do exit polling with no newly imposed restrictions (aside from existing state laws)!

This is great news and will greatly hamper any Democrat attempts to commit vote fraud or election rigging!

Believe it or not, the Dems sued in four states to try to block Trump and Roger Stone from organizing exit polling operations claiming that these were actually voter intimidation efforts against Blacks and Latinos.

In reality, the Dems didn't want exit polling because they were planning to steal those four states (at a minimum).

Exit polling gives the Trump side an estimate of what the real vote should be, and if the "official" election results differ by more than two percent that would be grounds for challenging the results of an election.
