No because she's front and center in helping rig it by promoting illegal aliens for starters. We have no idea how many illegals voted but some did. If it's only a small fraction of them, that alone is enough to change the popular vote in her favor.
CA unofficially has no problems with illegals voting. Cities there are allowing illegals on city counsels and encourage illegals to vote by making it extremely easy to register online and having no voter ID required at polling places. It's an election fiasco waiting to happen.
She can't challenge election results because she lost the electoral college substantially. There's nothing she can challenge.
If she challenges one state, there are another 3 that still stand in her way of winning.
