Any guess why Clinton campaign called off the fireworks abruptly? (polls, race)

Does anyone have an idea what may have triggered their cancellation of the planned fireworks on Hudson River?

Their internal polling was showing a much tighter race than what the polls were......secondly even if she were to win it wouldn't be a good idea to flaunt it in the face of your opponents.
