So?

Do you think any of these companies would want to leave the USA?

I hope they do so they can take corrupt Pelosi and all the Illegal Aliens out of the Union. Cut off the cancer and it will heal much faster for the rest of us. I say sell them to Mexico and kill two birds with one stone. The Illegal Aliens won't be Illegal Aliens and both the state and Illegal Aliens will be cut off from federal funding.

Many of these companies have offices outside of the USA. A better question is this. Will the talent required to staff these companies leave?

I visited Southern California for the first time last year. By all appearances, it was in horrible shape. I felt like I had stepped back to the 70s. You can have California, just let the good people leave first, like Vin Scully. We'd probably have to set up some massive refugee camps in Arizona and Nevada. I am sure it would create a vacuum and China would step in and take charge.

The exodus is already happening. I meet great people from California all the time. I run in to them all over the country. They always cite traffic, cost of living, and insane taxes as reasons for leaving.

So would Massachusetts and New York. Let Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kansas, et. al. the red states fund their own residents. Great idea.

If California left the U.S., I would not shed even a single tear.

I lived in SoCal for 22 years -- and my mom and two of my sisters still live there -- and I think it is already like a separate nation. I love the wine country, but I HATE SoCal and dread my visits there.

Yes, and they are going to be flush with all those high-wage non-union manufacturing jobs.
