DC is not my capital....it's a crap hole to be avoided at all costs. We need to decentralize the government and cut the money going to DC to a trickle....a trickle down.

They don't welcome trump there, he should probably change capital to friendlier territories like Texas or Ohio!
Did the 4% support come from African Americans or others inside of DC?

Ohio is a purple state, or at lleast it used to be. People are saying that Ohio is one of the blue states Trump flipped red. The fact that it went blue in the past 2 elections doesn't make it a blue state. Trump won Ohio handily, and besides Cleveland (Coyahoga county) and some college towns, Ohio is very red.

DC has become a cancerous environment for Republicans. I would never move there or NYC for that matter.

Trump got 10% of the vote of in Manhattan (his home for decades and where the local voters know him best). Should he move Trump Tower to Texas or Ohio?

But, Trump still won the election and will be sworn in as our President in January 2017. That is all that matters in a race, who wins and who loses. You do know who lost right?

4% is way worse than Trump did with minorities everywhere else. Nationally he got 35% of Hispanic, Asian, first time voting as a citizen, and 10% of Blacks. DC is mostly govt workers and they vote for the candidate who vows to centralize more jobs in DC metro area. People in Kansas vote for people who vow to decentralize jobs, which means more local jobs.

10s of 1000s work in that area for the Obama Administration. Their taxpayer funded gravy train is soon to end now.

How do you think they might vote?

Time to drain that swamp.

It will be far different when he goes to the big population centers of the nation where he is hated and loathed. I expect more than tens of thousands to greet him in these places. My guess is that a President Trump will not travel much to many of the big cities (other than homebase NYC) in America early on. He is not wanted there.
Wrong.

He got big crowds in states he lost --- Did you forget San Jose, CA? And how the DNC paid those thugs to riot, attack Trump supporters and destroy property?

I guess you're still butt hurt that your girl, Hillary lost the election. Suck it up and deal.
