Obama's experience in the real world pales in comparison to what Trump has done and what he knows.
Well, let's see ... Obama was a failed Senator, a failed college lecturer (he was never a "professor" as he claimed) and a community organizer. That's about it.

Despite what people think about President Obama's politics the difference is that he fit and capable of being president. Trump has no clue and has to have Obama hold his hand and recommend Republicans for government positions. Trump is scrambling like he is in way over his head. By contrast Obama's transition was probably the smoothest in recent history and at the time we were facing an economic collapse caused by the Bush administration.

For me he is just a tacky sleazeball of a man but obviously other people,

He is the leader of the wal-mart movement .
^^^ This. Can't rep. you for another 24, but you nailed it. Thanks for stating the concerns of many patriotic, intelligent, and well-informed Americans so succinctly and clearly.

The transition between Obama and Bush was smooth because of Bush - not because of Obama.

"His level of ignorance is so profound that President Obama is reportedly planning to spend an unusual amount of time with Trump, more than President Bush spent with him, to try to prepare Trump for the next four years."

Even the people on his team have no idea how government works. From the WSJ:

"Nor did Trump realize he had to hire a staff. The Wall Street Journal wrote that Trump aides “were … as unaware that the entire presidential staff working in the West Wing had to be replaced at the end of Mr. Obama’s term.â€

It's like watching an old "Keystone Cops" movie. A bunch of idiots, not one of whom have any experience in government, or are even educated about government, running around the White House like kindergarteners.

Vox? LMAO! ......the same sources that told you Hillary by a landslide, have the fireworks ready....bhaaaa!!! I suggest you look for better sources to repeat than Vox.

It's been heavily documented for years that Bush bent over backwards to ensure the transition of power went without a hitch.

Unlike the previous administration who stole all the Ws off of the WH keyboards.

Obama is trying to bend over backwards but it appears the Trump team doesn't even know the basics. And the childish infighting and screaming over who gets what position isn't helping matters.

Really?

So the Obama administration reached out to Trump's team months ago?

I'm sure if that would've happened we would've heard about that. Over and over and over and over.

Dufus Donald has zero idea how to staff a government. He will be replacing Sr. level officials over and over and over and over and over again.
