Did he pass a spending bill using an Executive Order? Did he extend the debt ceiling with an Executive Order?

Look and see for yourself:

BTW, Bush has him beat, so far, 291 to 235. Did you cry about his Executive Orders, you delicate little snowflake?

Since you apparently don't understand how the government works, let me help.

Presidents propose an annual budget. Congress passes spending bills, after they amend the President's proposals. Or, they simply don't pass a budget at all, like the GOP-dominated Congress has done recently and stopgap bills (known as Continuing Resolutions) have to be passed, or the government shuts down.

Post your proof that Obama is a "Soros puppet", will you?

I'll understand if you can't.

I see that your dishonesty is habitual. Right-wingers have disparaged Biden for 8 years (as I proved), and suddenly when he says something you like, he's credible.

I like you, you're funny.

Name calling isn't substitute for argument based on logic or fact.

As far as "right-winger" is concerned, I voted for Obama/Biden. So you got that one wrong too.

Is this "news" source beloved of many tRump lovers a big joke?

I doubt any President-elect knows what the President does until they actually sit in that chair. Perhaps that is why the President's hair always starts to turn white within two years of taking office.

I didn't say it was a substitute for logic or facts. I showed you three sources that proved that Joe Biden is considered a joke by conservatives. You picked one and declared the source invalid on the basis of their opposition to tRump, and ignored the other two. That's dishonesty.

I don't believe you, so there's that.

If this is true, it wouldn't surprise me if he resigns partway through his first term when he becomes overwhelmed by the job. Of course, that would mean President Pence which would be much worse.

The president is responsible for everything(he directs the country)..he passed Obama care, didn't he? It was a disaster..

He even vetoed the 9/11 bill(critisized by his own party, Dems voted against it except lunatic Reid).. stupidest, most un-American president.. get a clue and don't assume I am a snowflake, as much as I should not assume you're a Pootsa.. you're probably the opposite.

Fyi..Pootsa means something very derogatory in some very special language. And we're not discussing Bush.

You didn't need to. You created an argument using insult & name calling as a tactic instead of logic or argument.

All former Presidents have had government or military experience, so yes they generally know the basics of what the President does. They age quicker due to the astronomical stress of the job. Not because they didn't know what was involved before going in. Trump has no intention of working that hard.
