He could meet with them, and on every occasion mock and heap scorn on them publicly for the shills that they are, then go over their heads and address the American people directly, the networks would broadcast it all anyway.
The media created him, propped him up and kept him in the limelight 24/7, which is how he won. He used them and loved them as long as they kept him at the top of every news cycle.
But now that he won he will try his damnedest to quash the press because he's not going to like that they report on his blunders and missteps, and given how ignorant he is about governing, there will be many. That great champion of the Constitution, the guy who wants to "make American great again," will fight hard to remove one of the very tenets that made this country great to begin with.
And his cult, represented here by the OP, will cheer as he attempts to dismantle the First Amendment.

had to the presidency. He needs to man up and pay back all the free media exposure
