Trump should treat the Press like they have treated him....with utter disdain. He can get his message across with Twitter and stop taking questions from the idiot and highly biased Press.

So eat me cookie expert !!!

The press stifled itself with bias but it went farther than that. They acted as part of the democrats campaign against Trump. They were sneaky and did it in secret and in the open and were caught. Their customers are jumping ship according to their ratings. They never lived up the ideas in the first amendment for which they receive consideration. They are a lapdog not a watch dog.

A press pool sounds fine until they show up and a better description is a cesspool. Trump owes them nothing. They have earned no special consideration and at this point are more harmful to the public.

The press says they are there in case something happens and they can report on it. Yet they have been there so many times and failed to report on it accurately. They show more favor to inventing what happened and reporting with a bias to remove the truth of events.

As far as a daily press briefing. Do we really need one. Why not just put out a daily press statement. That would get the job done. Then hold a press briefing as he thinks necessary to keep people informed on news and developing situations. Trump has no legal obligation to the press traditions. They haven't earned any special consideration. The more Trump communicates directly with the people the better off we will be without the bias added by the press.
A Fascist wants to do away with the 1st Amendment? I'm not at all surprised. Trump's goal was to destroy the Constitution, and he's succeeding.

He does. It's called Breitbart and it's now state owned media like Russia's media.

So, in your world, is the MSM even allowed to comment on the president's daily statement?

for the love of god, Trump got so much free exposure and all of it was
live feed from his rallies, how can people be so uninformed?
Are you saying all his pending lawsuits are not real?
Are you denying it was Trump in the tape about groping women ?
Are you denying his chanting "lock her up" endlessly? Inciting the uninformed
crowds that just wanted to hear that rich daddy is going to save them from the big evil
real world?
What was the msm supposed to report on in your opinion? Because I listened and
heard not one thing that made any sense, build a wall, lock her up , ban muslims? wtf?
We are not living in 1950 for goodness sake.

No doubt you will get your wish. Yes, our President should communicate to the citizens directly and outlaw any reporting by the press. The only information the citizens receive should come directly from the President and the state. The President should take control of all media outlets. Who says a free press is vital to democracy? President Trump should decide what news I read, what news I watch.

The mainstream media journalists are all Hillary Clinton supporters. Why would President Donald Trump want any of them near him at all times.
