Michael Bloomberg switched from GOP to Dem in order to run for Mayor of NY. He did what businesses would do in order to give him the best opportunity.

Arkansas legalized medical marijuana. The minimum wage there goes up to $8.50 an hour Jan. 1. That puts Arkansas out in front of the conservative, Republican led states.

what is not true? Of course we are almost 100% GOP right now and as in the past; generalizing, which is what I was doing, the state has been primarily Dem until recently. Of course there are exceptions.

John Paul Hammerschmidt represented the 3rd district back in the 1960's. So the shift wasn't all that recent. And I think Nelson D Rockefeller would cringe if he were compared to Huckabee.

The new slogan for Arkansas, "Arkansas, the new Kansas." I am sure they will do wonders in Arkansas, just like the Republicans have done in Kansas.
