Obama opening the floodgates of immigration from Mexico just isnt the reality. It was much higher under Bush.
You rail against what you feel billionaires, etc. are doing to the common man, and then turn around and refer to rural Mexicans as hicks. Amazing .

I didn't vote for him, but Trump got more of the white college graduate vote than Hillary did, beating her by 4%. If people who voted for Trump are desperate people, then why didn't Hillary beat Trump re the white college graduate vote?

This election did indeed mark a turning point for BOTH parties. If Trump doesn't do what he says he will do he will be thrown out on his ear. The revolution starts 1/20/17

It's pretty obvious the globalists are going to siege and stress out the country every single day of Trump's presidency. The people need to get together and fight back. Even if you don't like Trump or some of the things he might try to do you WILL like some of them so get behind them.

I think you are about 65 years too late when it comes to "globalism." The UN, NATO, NAFTA, etc., etc. got the globalism thing going.

Trump is a globalist. Wait and see.

Up until now Trump used Chinese steel, foreign products and materials in his construction projects. The Trump clothing line was all manufactured overseas. I hope people are aware of that.

My question to you is this: what are suggestions for ending globalism? What do think Trump will do to reverse globalism?

The last 8 years of Obama's Administration has been a huge disaster for the middle class Americans because one of the Democrat's top goals has been to open the flood gates of immigration and in hopes to populate the Democrat's voting base and help the big companies stifle income growth. The democrats were hoping that with 8 years of Obama Presidency can inject another 8-15 million immigrants into the voting pool.

With the recent change of power, the country under Trump & GOP will need to reform Immigration in order to stay in power and keep the democrat's voting pool from expanding.

If Hillary Clinton had won, the flood gates will be open for her to issue citizenship like lollipop in order to flood the voting pool with immigrants and outcome the Republican party's control of government.
All throughout human history, coastal areas have been the centers of the most important activity in any society. Those locked away in the interior regions have contributed relatively little, except raw materials. It should be no surprise, that even today, the areas near the seacoasts have the most enlightened and innovative people. The Great Lakes in the U.S., effectively extend the essence of a coastal area inland and the blue region around them, reflects this.

The "end result" of this election is not here just yet. The recounts could reveal some things upsetting to the smug trumpite mentality. And Trump, together with his staffers and cabinet picks, still have to survive another seven weeks before the Inauguration, without going ballistic and tearing themselves apart. There's about as much stability and internal trust among them, as a typical drug gang would have.

No they didn't! Sorry! CA and NY is not the majority of the country as the electoral map clearly shows more red than blue. .

You know, if you have to describe yourself as "enlightened," it probably isn't true.

Thoroughly discredited according to you, you mean?

I judge the credibility of most news stories on the basis of the evidence that the facts in them are correct, not the source. I guess your way is easier.
