It happened under Bill Clinton.

I agree they're not but it's hilarious how Democrats try to claim they are

OK, so it seems you disagree with the GOP on their economic policies and vote GOP because of immigration (and most GOP senators are very pro-immigration as are their funders). We can have an open discussion about that, I am in favor of a strong immigration policy and illegals working under the table is a problem. Minimum wage helps out tens of millions of American citizens. It also acts to discourage employers from hiring cheaper foreign labor. Everyone must be paid the minimum wage (and yes, I support strong measures to reduce the informal economy).

The Koch brothers focused on GOP senate and Congressional races. They want to eliminate SS, Medicare and public schools.

But there is a difference. Democrats in Congress are funded to a much larger degree by ordinary people and unions. The GOP wants to eliminate all restrictions on campaign finance, so billionaires can just hand over $500 million directly to their candidates and they'll give them their script to use as puppets of these elites. Bernie Sanders obviously is funded by the people, not the billionaire class. He is his own man and that gives him great independence to fight for the people and not serve the economic establishment.

Yes, elite wealth passes political lines. Maybe only those in certain areas of the country get that?

No, it happened with deregulation and other brilliant moves by dear Reagan. Remember trickle-down that didn't trickle down?

Interestingly, Trump markets to blue locations, so it's no wonder he's focusing internationally now that his brand will be less popular in those same blue locations. As an example, Trump only received 8% of the vote in Seattle where there literally are not enough houses for the amount of people moving there so multiple offers without contingencies are common.
Have you ever lived anywhere in the U.S. other than the West Coast or the Northeast?

People who live in other parts of the U.S. often don't regard education as elitist, they just regard the ATTITUDE of SOME educated people as elitist.

BTW, 'amount of people moving there' is incorrect......'number of people moving there' is correct.
