I don't know if this is legally possible, but I hope Trump and the Congress institute an investigation into the voting practices of each of the states. It would be a costly project but needs to be done to root out any corruption and restore some confidence in the process.

Why don't we just give Southern California and Southwestern Texas to Mexico if they are so full of illegal aliens? Poof, problem solved. Sure, we'll have to change the shape of the little wooden Unites States puzzles that kids play with, but won't it be worth the effort? Is there anything in those places we really need?

You don't understand California's motor voter system. The illegal's driver license is different from a citizen's and can't be used to register. To get a license you have to produce papers, take a mugshot and fingerprints. Once the illegal gets a license they are barred from the voter rolls. It's really hard for an illegal to vote here.
