They canceled spectacle a few days before the election but I guess there were "no refunds". Much like giving money for the recount.

So Trump offers her 5 cents on the dollar for those fireworks. LOL.

Hah! Trump Mocks Hillary in Wisconsin: "I Offered Her 5 Cents on the Dollar" for Her Cancelled Fireworks
That's super smart and love it! let the losers spew their sore losing rants and lets laugh about them doing so

7 million on fireworks?!?!? Jeez, is the yearly Macy firework display off the Hudson every 4th of July that expensive???

And I thought Trump was the one with an ego.

Agree. Hillary was arrogantly planning her royal coronation with no consideration that she could possibly lose the political election. She knew she would be Queen, by god! Let [the peons] eat cake while she happily would have spent millions celebrating herself. Disgusting woman.

Oh yeah, from now on, I will use the Trump motto.

You posted fake news there OP.
IMO this could well be just tongue-in-cheek on Trump's part.

No doubt just a fraction of what they spent on that lavishly appointed Javvits center in NYC. No wonder Hillary didn't show up on the night of her loss.

Anyone who would spend 7M on fireworks to aggrandize herself doesn't need to be anywhere near DC ever again.
