The Property Class has done just fine; it is the Rent Serf Class that is experiencing protracted economic distress.

How does an inheritor do what is needed to own a home? The inheritor doesn't have to do anything, other than to exist.

Why can't people have the economic liberty to buy and sell property under their own terms, rather than under government's terms? Are you a statist?

Relying on government as the source of property rights seldom ends well for the landless.

We don't. Private sellers and private buyers set the market. Not the government.

Minimum standards are set up to insure places that look like slums cannot be added which would harm the market value of homeowners with pride , who maintain their property properly.

No objective determination of such harm is required or even offered - it's a political determination, imposed on the landless by the Property Class. See your local zoning code.

However, harm to the landless is never prohibited and is often encouraged for the benefit of the Property Class.

Can't harm someone who doesn't own property via property restrictions. They have no investment to be harmed.

??? ??? Property restrictions --> government artificially restricts supply of housing types considered undesirable (e.g. apartments, trailers, rooming houses) --> restricted supply--> prices and rents increase naturally due to supply and demand --> people who don't own property are harmed.

The landless NECESSARILY depend on the property rights of others if they are even able to RENT, let alone BUY, property. Relying on government as the source of property rights seldom ends well for the landless.

Your reasoning is similar to that of an open borders supporter who tells us that illegal immigration does not undercut wages for legal workers.

By your logic, property restrictions that drive up landlord costs do not harm renters. (e,g, a 100% property tax rate on rental property costs renters nothing) Do you seriously believe that?

Property restrictions though vary greatly, town to town. You can simply choose to move to a town whose restrictions best accommodate you. There are fat food jobs all over, which helps your ability to be mobile in picking.
