Graham and McCain are war hawks, any excuse for a war sounds good to them.
The Election wasn't hacked. The DNC was and Podesta was phished. The only way the US intelligence people would know intent/motive is if they were doing the same thing. Maybe that's why their "methodology" is top secret.
Who changed their vote because they found out what the DNC really thinks and was up to - in other words they found out the truth? I'm guessing they should poll Sander's fans.
Because there is obviously sensitive information in there that they prefer to keep private. Nothing mysterious or criminal about the information, just that it is their private information and they do not want it in other peoples' hands.
Report is getting slammed. Indicators of hacking cited in the report would set off a barrage of false positives according to a client of the company that authored the report.

Sorry, not buying any of this...and it's not that I don't believe that the Russians hacked the emails...
But they have been desperately TRYING to make this more about Russia than what was actually found in the emails.
I keep seeing these headlines of "Russia interferes" this...and "Russians hacked" that...
But yet there seems to be no concern by anyone, not Hillary, not obama, not Nancy Pelosi, not Harry Reid, not Bernie Sanders...NOT ONE DEMOCRAT has stepped up and condemned the corruption that was unearthed in this whole ordeal.
There is absolutely NO plan whatsoever to change their behavior...they'd rather start a war with Russia than to change what happened in their party.
Where's the proof? It's not like our government hasn't lied to us in the past, or did the Russians hide Saddam's WMD's to?
