1.) Need a Democrat that is focused on State Right's, but some restrictions. Such restrictions State buildings and Public Universities must have gender neutral bathrooms and can't deny individuals marriage based off sexual orientation.

2.) Support the environment but also find the balance to not destroy private businesses.

3.) State run or universal healthcare system.

4.) More defense less offense when it comes to the military and universal healthcare for military members and family.

5.) Legalize marijuana and decriminalize heroin. Set up safe drug use zones.

6.) Abolish the death penalty.

7.) Do away with income tax and flat business tax.

8.) Work with various organizations to help support various Government organizations/Operations.

9.) Create a new cabinet position to represent Native Americans in the U.S.

10.) Universal mental health care at Non-Profit or Government run facilities.

11.) Improve funding to Border Patrol and increase border patrol. Do away with the wall.

12.) Do away with eminent domain.

13.) Change how businesses are taxed and tax U.S. businesses using zip codes in other Countries to avoid taxes.

14.) Tax on risky transactions and bring back the Glass-Stegall Act.

15.) Do away with the estate tax and make taxes simple.

16.) End lobbyist in Congress.

17.) End Government subsidies to energy sectors.

And that is optimistic for Trump. Here is what things could look like if Trump's Presidency stays on its current path.

LOL at Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, and Indiana going blue. Iowa, Ohio, Arizona, and North Carolina are also very unlikely.

Deficit spending.

Deficits only matter when Democrats create them.

If that had truly been the case, they would have switched 20 years ago when NAFTA went into effect.

Besides what all you right wingers don't get is that even though dome industries were hurt by NAFTA, others were helped

Oh yeah, that's right. In xboxmas's universe, all 50 states are going to go Republican and the Democratic Party will cease to exist. Must be nice to live in fantasyland

I think the Democrats with their mainstream Media wing are doing well with their Demonization of Republicans, Christians, the Police, etc. But really, how bad must they be that someone like Trump beat them

I'm sorry but what did kill the Rust belt was innovation & technology especially when it came to auto makers back in the late 1970's.
Japan and Toyota building cheaper cars for less wages than in the US overseas.
Asian markets having lower manufacturing & employment costs compared to us so when I hear Trump saying he is going to return manufacturing jobs back I chuckle.
It would be great if he could but the economics for America don't pan out and you could cut all of the regulations you want and it stlll wouldn't be as competitive.
Unless you start cutting wages to compete.

True, that's pretty much how it is with all things that are implemented by the government, from Nafta to Obama Care, to letting Illegal Aliens stay: Dependencies are created around the new regulations and laws.

Not now.
The point is that those people voted for Pro Nafta Republicans, and some over anti nafta Democrats.
