That is your question to answer, not mine, to disprove my thesis.

How many districtsvwon by Trump and Clintpn by more than 15 or 20 points are represented by someone on the opposite party?

Being the nice guy I am though, I'll offer you a start on disproving my thesis. Picked CA due to large size of House delegation and this is where Mrs Clinton got her popular vote margin.

All CALIFORNIA
Doug LaMalfa, 1st: Won by 18.2%
Tom McClintock, 4th: Won by 22.2%
Paul Cook, 8th: Won by 24.6%
Jeff Denham, 10th: Won by 12.2%
David Valadao, 21st: Won by 13.4%
Devin Nunes, 22nd: Won by 44%
Kevin McCarthy, 23rd: Won by 38.4%
Stephen Knight, 25th: Won by 6.2%
Edward Royce, 29th: Won by 14.4%
Ken Calvert, 42nd: Won by 17.6%
Mimi Walters, 45th: Won by 17.2%
Dana Rohrabacher, 48th: Won by 16.6%
Darrell Issa, 49th: Won by .06%
Duncan Hunter, 50th: Won by 42.4%

Not a good start for you in disproving my thesis. Opinions are easy and cheap, work to support them takes some effort.
I didn't ask for the amount the members of Congress won by. I asked for the districts won by 15-20 points or more on the Presidential level that are help by the opposite party..

Most elections are more complicated than the simply composition of the legislature.

Kansas is a state where the republican party has shifted tot he right, but moderates are still there. in the Governor's race, the Democrat was endorsed by the 3 Previous GOP speakers of the Kansas House, The 4 previous GOP majority leaders of the Kansas Senate, and The former Chairman of the Republican Party.

538 mentioned that there are over 100 Republican house members that won By less then that. I would expect about the same on the other side.

My recommendation, turn off that cable TV.

Bwahahhahha.

I don't have cable

I don't watch any tv news.

Who exactly has been proven wrong? About what? You say that, but don't back it up with any factually based statements as usual. This is the canary in the coal mine falling over dead. Keep ignoring it.

Talking Still Winning

Trump agrees. It was Great News.

Still Winning!

(only Democrats would attempt to spin a 7pt loss as something bad for their opponents)

Time to put up or shut up then. Disprove my premise.

Evidently, it is a win only if the Republicans win by 25.86% or better. Other than that, it is a Dem win.

Who knew?

Funny comment---Democrats to blame Russia in 3-2-1. LOL

Estes won, another Republican.
Now sure how voting in another corrupt Republican is good news. Kansas is being destroyed by its Republican governor, and Republican representatives both at State and Federal level are destroying the lives of the very people who vote for them.

You guys really are masochists. I guess you like voting against your own interests and well-being.

What is your premise??

We seem to be arguing different things. My point was, this was a district Trump won by 27. When a district is won by a President by that large an amount it is very unlikely that someone from the opposing party will win on the Congressional race, especially if they aren't a well entrenched incumbent. Not sure why that is a difficult concept.

It's not just Kansas.

The Democrat party has been wiped out on a national basis. It's nothing more than a regional fringe party now. Instead of calling the winners "corrupt" it's time to address why the losers keep well.... losing.
