He responded that he would want to have dinner with Obama BUT if he needed someone to fight for legislation, he'd take Hillary in a heart beat. This is a man who works with them and sees the "fruits" of their labors in their elected position.
I don't know about you but I don't need a dinner companion for president. I want someone who is going to fight for what we need in this country. Just something to think about.

I hear what you're saying. And at the same time, politics for the last 30+ years, has been one long fight. Every four years, we elect new "fighters" and every four years we get the same results.
Most of us could sit at the same dinner table as either candidate. Heck, I could sit and chomp on some ribs and guzzle beer with George W.
But dinner companionship isn't the test. And frankly, neither is a politician's fighting skills. The test is the presence of authentic leadership, and how we respond to it.
