That is how the Dem National Committee set things up. If Hillary wins using Super Delegates, that is 100% legal under DNC rules. The "evil" Republicans do not have "Super Delegates". They allow the PEOPLE to nominate whomever they want to.

So much for "Democracy", huh? The Democrats are "lovers of the people", aren't they? Amazing how they created the "Super Delegate" system to thwart the will of the people.

I would LOVE to see Obama as the Dem nominee. Obama has more baggage than even Hillary does... all in only 2 years in the US Senate!!

im not sure i would agree with the 'wrongfully win'part.the democrats set up this system 30 tears ago....if people dont like it they can change it after this election.all the democratic candidates knew the rules coming in.this isnt a law, its a party rule.i will agree with anyone who thinks the democrats nomination process should be more fair like the republicans

Hillary has evil intentions so of course she will try. She and Billy are masters at creating chaos and mayhem for their own political and personal gain. It's up to the "superdelegates" to stand firm and allow the will of the people to prevail for a change.

That's an excellent point.

I don't know why there was no "NO" choice in the poll.

very misleading poll from the OP.

It was like asking a man--------"have you quit beating your wife"

The word--wrongfully-- made the poll wrong.

well if the democrats were willing to 'accept' the will of their people they wouldnt have come up with the 'super delegate' idea to begin with.the whole point behind 'super delegates' is so that the more politically astute party elite can veto the choice of the more common and less politicaly educated party members in general
