Moore sadly reminded me of Snowflake Hillary election night, not following the manly US tradition of an election night concession speech.

Actually, the "hoot" is that liberal voters, still reeling from the loss of the morally, mentally and physically incompetent Hillary Clinton would bring up the subject!

Some people just can't admit defeat

I know!

We've been saying that since November of 2016.

Actually, no one cares about Hillary anymore so why would you say that It's now about the policies of the current president and how his policies will affect our country. How will his tax plan affect you? This is what people are concerned about but you keep making it about Hillary??

He sure won't. I and another poster mentioned on another thread before the election what people who served with him in Vietnam said about him. One called him a "Strutter". He lived up to that...the cowboy hat, waving a gun around on stage, riding a horse in to vote and now this. It bears repeating now. What a self absorbed jerk:

Moore had recently returned from Vietnam, where he’d been a military-police officer. Some who served under Moore there had referred to him, with sarcasm, as “Captain America,” chafing at his egoist style of command. One such officer, Barrey Hall, told the Associated Press, in 2003, that Moore’s “policies damn near got him killed in Vietnam. He was a strutter.”

Guy Martin taught Moore in a seminar titled Discrimination in Employment. He, too, served in Vietnam. Veterans told him that Moore demanded that he be saluted on the ground in Vietnam, Martin said, which everyone knew was a foolish thing to do. “When you go to Vietnam as an officer, you don’t ask anybody to salute you, because the Viet Cong would shoot officers,” he explained. “You’ve heard this a million times in training.” If Moore indeed violated this rule, Martin went on, “There’s nothing more telling about a person’s capability and character and base intelligence. It’s crazy.”

moore lost...that's the end of it

the question is why would you risk being charged with liable ....

moore has not, not ever...been convicted or even charged with pedophilia ...which has NO statute of limitations

its people like you, that make democrats seem like they have no brains... especially when you spout accusations that have yet to be proven or even charged

if you want to say sexual harassment....or even go as far to say possible sexual assault...that would be reasonable....but you blatantly say pedophilia....well that is wrong

moore lost....

a moderate democrat (what you guys should be running, if you want to win) won

Sorry, women are tired of being victims and are coming out. The people of Alabama believed the women not Moore. Many Republicans voted for Jones. And yes they did it because they had brains.

Ah, but yes it does! Most states had statutes of limitation on molestation until this century.

In most states, those charges still have time limits, but the limitations are now much longer than before. It's our modern way of addressing an ancient offense. People came to realize that it may take a long time before a child can understand that, as an adult, she can charge someone with a crime that was committed on her as a child.

But when an offense is in the past, the old statutes may still apply. The laws vary from state to state, and some of the old laws haven't changed in some states.

But this argument is empty anyway, because in the minds of everyone who has ever known a girl who was molested, Moore was guilty. He acted guilty and he looked guilty.

Sex abuse leaves a permanent stain.

Moore didn't lose. He just didn't get away with it any longer. He was found out at last, and enough decent people who wouldn't buy in to his hypocrisy decided enough was enough.
