He is already running. He announced that last year, I think July. He just now got around to appointing some more staff.

The Twenty-second Amendment (Amendment XXII) of the United States Constitution limits the number of times one can be elected to the office of President of the United States. Congress proposed the amendment by two-thirds of both the House and Senate on March 21, 1947. Ratification by the requisite 36 of the then-48 states was completed on February 27, 1951.

I don't think the Democrats will go crazy until 2021 when the proposal to repeal the 22nd amendment begins.

At this point, the dems have a stop Trump strategy. That won't get them on a path to 270 electoral votes. They still can't figure out why they lost in 2016, and won't appeal to many centrists or those who jump ship and abandoned their party.

If the definition of "kooks" is people who don`t support the Klan and the NRA then yes, the Dems will be running kooks.

The left has called us many things. What is fails to call some of us are "former Democrats" that had enough of this dribble! The real question is: How are you going to make our Country better? You have no answers. You attack instead; the only time I was a "kook" was when I blindly followed the Democrats for most of my years! I was actually an NRA member back then; but I have not been one for many years (for my own reasons). I also have never been a Klan member or supporter; I work with people from all over our Country/world.

We have tried to help you out by pointing out your 'problems'; but you don't acknowledge you have any problems. Many, many, years ago workers founded the Democratic Party. Embrace your roots and support those legally in our Country. Support our homeless; the legal Americans that have slipped though the cracks. Fight to improve our infrastructure and not just high speed trains to the casinos. Increase wages by providing more opportunity in our Country!

You hit the nail on the head, "support those legally in our Country." Ceser Chavez is still an icon for immigration, to the Democrats, but they have so bastardized his memory and Bleach-Bit history.

Chavez was a pro-union man, he marched to oppose illegal immigrants, who he said were taking jobs from legal immigrants and American citizens. Today, the left invokes Chavez's name while promoting the exact opposite of what he stood for.

How many “centrists” do you think that Donald Trump is appealing to?

Answer: Zero

Drivel

The word is drivel. Dribble is what you do on your bathroom floor.

Which centrists is Trump not "appealing to" and on what issues? You just make a brazen and blanket statement, and you think it suffices? Think again.

At least you know what I meant! Nothing like a helping hand from spell check!

I am sorry to say that I was a Democrat far more years that I have been a Republican and the only reason I am a Republican is because I wanted change. Many of us were Democrats; like WaldoKitty. That is what Trump ran on and, so far, he has tried to fulfill his campaign pledges.

There is not a snowball's chance in hell that most of us dissidents would come back to the Party the way it stands today. The way your coffers look; we are not the only ones. Your ship is sinking and a few of us rats got off when the getting was good.

The sick thing is that we miss any Party that would support working America. Your side constantly tells us that the actual voters, that legally put them in office, don't count!
