I suppose OP if 30 Republican states voted to keep everyone of off their Presidential ballot unless they respected and supported pro life policies, that would also be a smart move also right.
Yawn. Not legal,won't go anywhere and anyways WHO CARES!? The most far leftist wins Rhode Island so not a big deal for GOP to win there.
Of course you're correct and demonstrate for more intelligence than the Rhode Island legislators. If this is allowed, every Republican state will pass bars to prevent Dems from being on their ballot.....the level of freaked out by the anti Trumpers is funny and a little scary too.
As bad as what all is happening with our national politics right now, this is a very slippery slope. What if Rhode Island wins and is able to do this? The domino effect will follow. Then when the Democrats pick their candidate, well, let the circus begin. Last time I looked ballots have, usually, other choices you can choose from or you can choose to not to vote for the only person running if you don't like them. But maybe some people can't make that choice and the state has to make it for them.
Or, and this is a wild shot, Trump could release his tax returns, as he said he would do when he was running. Sure appears that there is something in there that he is scared to death to have revealed.
Oh I dont know...lets ask Rachel Madcow about Trumps tax return..
Who cares what RI does to Trump? He has about as much chance of winning that state as Hillary had winning Oklahoma.
If Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania did the same as Rhode Island, there would be no need for Russia to hack the ballots in these states again, in 2020, because Donald Trump would not be on the ballot.
