2) Buy them off politically, "Don't run and you'll get to be secretary of state" type deals.

In the end, it even worked with Sanders. Hillary paid off his debt and I believe he got a house or two out of it as well. This, the price for supporting her, instead of continuing to challenge her in the general election.

Remember he had to go against everything he said in order to grovel at her feet.

Sanders lost every bit of respect he had when he did that. If he had simply walked away, stuck with calling the process unfair as we later discovered, and called the Democrat party the sham that it is, he'd be in a much better position now to influence the next election.

Ne he wouldn't. The DNC has no other choice but at least listen to his complaints now. If he had done as you said, they would have blamed everything on him.

We do not have to concentrate on anything; you're doing the work for us! The term 'deplorable' cost many votes the last election. I wonder how many you can lose with 'Trumplings'? What some see as an insult on the left; many of us see as a badge of honor.

As far as being obsessed with Hillary; we are not mentioning this. The NY Post is the party responsible for this speculation. Regardless has anybody heard Hillary deny that claim?

She kinda did once but she lies.

Wear it with pride, then.

And a fellow Trumpling took that article and used it as the basis to start yet another "Hillary thread."

Maybe you can explain why tRump and Sessions haven't "locked her up."

Just more empty blabbering?

Look at this way, regardless of what side you are on:

1-why hasn't Trump or Sessions locked her up yet? Well, Trump does not even have that power, but does Sessions? I don't know the answer. The fact remains there is still not enough evidence to lock anyone up and you can't lock someone up without a trial. End of that chapter of the book.

2-Will she run again? Again, no one has an answer but the odds about pretty strong she will not. End of that chapter

3-could she beat Trump? Who knows and who really knows if he is running again? It is easy for him to indicate he is, why would he not, do you think he wants to be a lame duck President? Of course not. End of that chapter. So, the very short 3 chapter book is not very interesting and the subject at this time is boring.

Interesting word choice in your last sentence......'need', rather than 'should' or 'would be better off concentrating on'.

Sounds as though you would prefer a shift of concentration away from Hillary.

Why would that be?

You would lose some opportunities to give Trump supporters a hard time/tease them about their obsession .

Trump supporters being obsessed with Hillary wouldn't seem to have much of an impact on your life.....or does the level of focus on Hillary by Trump supporters bother you more than you'd like to admit ?

Trumplings' (and tRump's) Hillary obsession provides fodder for merriment.

Once again, a Trumpling attempts to make ME the topic.

By all means, carry on with your obsession.

It is amusing.

Hillary is obsessed with Hilary, and talking blame to the media constantly, and then floating her possible run in 2020. Hillary is the one in which to point the finger for people responding to her B.S. She talks, we comment. If you have a problem with that you are against Free Speech.

This is just one of many left-wing articles pro-Hillary.

Also, one has to be at least a little forgetful not to realize that what you want for a democratic nominee might not be what is forced upon you by the powers that be lol. Hillary still has the DNC packed with loyalists and has the purse strings attached.
This is not a "left-wing" article and it's not even pro-Hillary. It's an historical analysis of comebacks by candidates, and pointing out a few reasons that seemed germane in October 2017 on why Trump's speculation that Hillary was gong to run might not be the cakewalk Trump thinks it is. I didn't see anything in there claiming Hillary *was* going to run or encouraging her to do so.

Seriously, righties spend FAR more time talking about Hillary than lefties.
