If we don't have to pay for wars and bail outs there is no reason we should have to worry about paying for things like health care.

this is one of the few districts where a 3 way race isnt going to help the Republican.
If all of those Republicans vote for the incumbent because they don't want a socialist in office, and the incumbent gets decent support from voters who have known him for years, its not impossible that he wins. Given that he's not actively campaigning for office, though, I say that its not likely. Still, not impossible.

My point was that the Republican isnt going to win, not that the other Democrat cant.

Wars of choice and supporting big banksters are two tenants of the Democrat party. The woman is going to have a hard time.

It's the policy of both parties and I support neither as a party.

Yes, she will have a hard time convincing people that health Care is better than war. I wish someone would explain why.

Of course people think Health Care is better than war. How silly.

She's going to have a hard time convincing people that socialism is the way to fix it or that she has a clue beyond identity politics.

Well let's address these individually...
  • Bail Out of Industry = Socialism? Nope. In the socialist world, corporations don't exist. Try fascism on that one.
  • Tariff = Socialism? Nope. That is tax placed on goods/services/resources produced somewhere else. Nations have been doing this since before the written word.
  • Social Security = Socialism? Nope. It's insurance against being broke paid for by taxation on salaries. You don't work, you don't get it. But is is commonly known that FDR was not a fan of Adam Smith having fully embraced giving control of the economy to the unelected members of the Federal Reserve. He did indeed enslave all future generations of Americans to government control by Executive Order 6102.
  • Medicare = Socialism? Nope. See above. If you don't pay for it, you don't get it.
I do find it fascinating that people who often push for "socialism" seem to know very little about it.

Yes they do. I'm not interested in your idea of Socialism. It's not what is being discussed.

Of course not. Like Ocasio-Cortez the real name for it is called that Democrat Plantation.
Nothing new about that at all.

Tax & spend Democrats have been around since Tip O'Neill. The only thing different, is that they don't want a White Man to sell them that snake oil now.
